We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and PayNow. All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We are currently not a GST-registered business in Singapore. Therefore, our prices do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST), and no GST will be charged to customers.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Policy

We offer domestic delivery within Singapore. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery lead time may vary depending on courier availability and public holiday schedules.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@esessential.sg within 7 days of the delivery date. Your request must include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect item.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed — and must include all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Earrings
- Innerwear
- Items explicitly marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-returnable'
